Refinance of my House Failed Again!

I have a credit score of 804 combined with my wife’s.  We have made house payments for 11 years like clockwork without ever being late.  We were denied another attempt to refinance because we didn’t have $8000 in the bank for the entire 2 months until closing.  WTF!? 

 

If I am having this much trouble on a refinance with about 25 percent equity, then nobody is getting loans anymore.    I have never been turned down for not having 2X the estimated closing cost in savings before. Good god!!

I just watched a documentary about Richard the III.  Fascinating details were given.  Killed and buried in a common grave lost for centuries after a battle in the War of the Roses, in 1485.  He had scoliosis as well.  A DNA match was found by a Canadian woodworker who was directly related to Richard IIIs family.  Wow, i love this sort of work.

I need to quit getting so enraged by other people.  It does nothing good for me. I really need to find a way to release the pent up anger.

Some People Can’t Handle Being a Manager

I work with a good group of guys who enjoy creating good clean robust code.  But, there is a group that is not under our management nor are they above our management, and they have a dick working for them.  They have a mid-level manager who loves to catch people violating little bitty piss ant rules that have no affect on our work. He loves to strut his ignorant ass cock sucker mouth around the building looking for unsuspecting developers to rule over.  We have too many rules and too many laws, but that’s another story.

When something has no common sense attached to it, people tend to let it slide until the rule is changed eventually.  NOT THIS PRICK Mid-level turd.  He jumps down our throats whenever he gets the chance.  I could kill him, but it would hurt me more to do that. So, I am looking for a way to fuck his shit up mildly or majorly without him knowing who did it.  He deserves this and so much more.   I think the dude misses the days when he could bully the other school children around.  Anyone with any ideas on how to get some payback, please let me know.

I really hate that guy.  He has moved into the top 25 on my “If i die, they die list.”

Our other cat likes to hunt.  In the last 2 days he has bought us some rabbit guts and a dead rat.  Gross!  he thinks he is doing us some good.

Depression is Horrible Tonight

My body is failing me and I am becoming more and more of an invalid.  I can’ sleep, sit, stand, or walk; running is quite impossible now.  It started to rain on me yesterday, and I started running reflexively.  Pain, pain, pain and more pain and stopped running after 4 steps and almost fell down with the intense pain.   I don’t think I am going to be here much longer.  My back is broken beyond repair and the pain is impossible to deal with anymore.

 

I never thought that I would even consider dying at mid-life, but it is a real possibility anymore.   And, because of the pain, I really don’t care if I die tonight.  I am sick of it.  I feel like my life has been wasted. I have played by all the rules: college,grad school, professional life, and a high salary.    I still feel cheated.  My body refuses to repair itself. 

 

I am miserable, and I don’t care anymore about anything.
